Description: HDR is employing Right of Way Technician/Journey Right of Way Agent right now, this occupation will be delegated in Alaska. Experience with legal documents, mapping, property research, file maintenance, document preparation, schedules and milestone tracking is beneficial. Also familiarity with title reports, appraisals, surveys and real property conveyances is beneficial. The position may require coordination with attorneys, surveyors, appraisers and clients. The job responsibilities may include: Preparation of acquisition/relocation documents, data base tracking, scanning and general project assistance. Efficient and high quality work in conjunction with others is required in order to support schedule sensitive right of way acquisition and relocation. Some travel may be required.
College degree or equivalent preferred, but not required. Real Estate or paralegal license preferred, but not required. Title/real estate/escrow background is beneficial. Professional, diplomatic communications with clients is necessary. Desired qualities: Focused and detail oriented, self starter, able to work independently and to multi-task, flexible, organized and pro-active. Beneficial to be proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience working with databases highly desirable. Ability to conduct research and navigate the internet.
