Responsibilities:
- Ability to attend to bond instructions from receipt of instruction to registration in the Deeds office and delivery of the title deeds to the financial institution;
- Accurate and meticulous drafting of Bond documents;
- Ability to communicate with clients and Attorneys on a professional level both verbally and written;
- Preparing files accurately and according to detailed specifications
- Drafting and checking of documents
- FICA administration
- Maintaining correspondence on file
- Ability to calculate outstanding balance upon registration
Skills Required:
General understanding of the conveyancing process;
Ability to work in a process driven environment;
Ability to meet turn-around times in terms of the service level agreement;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Attention to detail and very meticulous;
Ability to handle high work volume

E4 – advantageous
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Qualification/s:
- Matric/National diploma or equivalent qualification
- Legal secretary/paralegal/conveyancing qualification advantage
- Secretarial Diploma (advantageous) with excellent typing skills
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in conveyancing environment
- Experience in FNB and ABSA bonds essential
