Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise project development from initiation to closure planning, execution and evaluating projects according to pre determine timelines and budget.
Conducts onsite inspection to identify issues and concern to resolve repair and develop work plan.
Work with project sponsor and stakeholder to complete scope, goals deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
Track and report on the project milestone and provide on status report.
Determine if external consultant or contractors will be required to complete the project plan.
Effectively manage/supervise scope of works by ensuring any changes are properly documented and approved with the stakeholders.
Determine how the results be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well the results were achieved.
Job Qualification:
- Extensive experience (3 - 5 years) as Project Supervisor
- Graduate Mechanical Engineer or Civil Engineer, preferably with license
- Effective Supervision
- Engineering economics, project methods and techniques.
- Preparation of engineering plans, specifications request for proposal, planning and scheduling.
- AutoCAD and Computer Literacy
- Willing to be assigned in Pasig and Marikina Site
