Overview
With an ambitious bank strategy, a well-established foreign corporate bank is seeking an AVP to join their well-established product development and Implementation Team in the Cash Product Management Section (transaction banking department).
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the sales team to identify product enhancement needs
- Liaise with different parties and Head office to work on cash product improvement and development, mainly but not limited to e banking channels on payment and collection service
- Manage product details and client onboarding process
- Gather user requirement to streamline workflow and design
- Update operational procedures refer to legal regulations
- Help in client implementation, user training and controls related
- Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in e-commerce / Information Technology related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in e-business, cash product development or IT related
- Sound knowledge in FPS, e-Channels (H2H, API)and SWIFT SCORE
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
