• This multi-billion dollar corporation with approximately 10,000 employees world-wide, is seeking an experienced (6-9 year) attorney to join its team. The company, in existence for nearly 40 y! ears, has its corporate headquarters in Alaska with administrative and subsidiary offices located throughout the United States. It is a highly diversified enterprise, with businesses that include petroleum refining and marketing, energy services, construction, government services, and resource development as well as businesses that focus on supporting economic development. This attorney will have the opportunity to handle a variety of issues as they arise, supporting the company in many facets of its business and acting as its first line of legal defense.

As such, this attorney may negotiate and draft an agreement one day and handle an issue arising from a breach of contract the next. Qualified candidates will have top-tier law firm experience, stellar credentials, and can have either a corporate or a litigation background.
