Job Description:
- Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end recruiting strategies to fill the current and future vacancies of the team is supporting.
- Closely coordinates with Regional and Department Directors for manpower requirements
- Oversees new hire onboarding process. Conducts new hire checks and coordinates identified action steps to address issues or gaps.
- Keeps track of recruiting metrics, and creates regular reports and presentations for management.
- Supervises recruitment team to ensure that performance is on track.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years as a Recruitment Manager
- Experience in the Retail or Fastfood industry is an advantage.
- Must be willing to be assigned in in Makati City
