Recruitment Manager [Philippines]


 

Job Description:

  • Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end recruiting strategies to fill the current and future vacancies of the team is supporting.
  • Closely coordinates with Regional and Department Directors for manpower requirements
  • Oversees new hire onboarding process. Conducts new hire checks and coordinates identified action steps to address issues or gaps.
  • Keeps track of recruiting metrics, and creates regular reports and presentations for management.
  • Supervises recruitment team to ensure that performance is on track.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Recruitment Manager
  • Experience in the Retail or Fastfood industry is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in in Makati City
