A reputable company is urgently seeking a Property Portfolio Administrator with vast experience in marketing and administration.
Duties & Responsibilities)
Duties
- Sales & Marketing –Market and listing all vacant properties . In the event of a purchase / sale, to manage the complete process including all administration
- Vet all potential tenants and ensure that all FICA documents are verified and submitted
- Lease agreements - Working with the legal department , agents, and other professionals in the preparation and finalization of all Lease.
- Rentals - To manage all administration related to letting/leasing/renting of all property
- Invoicing - Ensure that invoicing is done for all properties monthly
- Repairs & Maintenace Schedules - Management of all properties including organising day-to-day repairs , maintenance, or security, negotiating leases and contracts
- Utilities - Ensure that all utilities for all properties are monitored and paid timeously
- Income & Expenditure - Ensure that all income and expenses and capital expenditure are managed, recorded and reported against set budgets
- Property Access - To ensure that access is afforded to all properties as required for reading of public utility meters, inspections , statutory authorities, and insurance company representatives as required.
- Administration - Maintain all records of the company properties

- Ability to respond quickly, effectively, and flexibly
- Able to work on own initiative

- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Experience & Additional Requirements
- +5 years working experience in a Property Management/ Property Sales
- Qualification in Property Management/ Office Management
- Drivers Licence
- Willing to travel
- Available immediately

Salary: From R10,000.00 per month
