Customer Service/Cashier


 

We are presently hiring a Cashier to join our team on a full-time basis. Customer service is paramount to what we do, and we are looking for a candidate dedicated to providing and improving the overall customer experience.

Cashier Role Objective:

  • Establish a trusted relationship with customers to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs.

Cashier Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Helping customers overcome issues and achieve goals
  • Work with a pos system in order to complete transations, change orders, or troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
  • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Previous experience with a POS system is a plus!

  • Cincinnati, OH 45202: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
