What you'll do:
Be responsible for building and defining reports with key metrics, while ensuring data accuracy
Analyze multiple datasets (internal & external) to create insights and develop recommendations
Work with a large amount of data to build and streamline the compensation process
Routinely track, analyze and audit compensation reports
Implement compensation data processes within our different systems
Support compensation & benefits processes such as salary budget, ranges, sales incentive plans and more
Work directly with internal stakeholders like Finance, Payroll, Legal, System, HR, and a variety of managers from all across Wix
Help execute Wix’s business decisions and strategies
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in data analysis and/or budget control
Great interpersonal skills and passionate about people
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Excel wizard
Able to translate business requirements into technical design
Highly organized multitasker with strategic vision
Independent and creative thinker
Willing to take initiative to deliver success in high-pressure environments
