Job Description


The Corporate Services Analyst on the Operations and Strategy team will be based in Bogota Colombia. The person will use leadership and problem solving skills to lead and assist with the daily operations of the global organization with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. The role reports to the Head of Operation and Strategy and will support the global team in areas such as Program Management of annual and multiyear planning approach keeping track and organizing submissions, following up with leaders, for due dates
Monitor and report standard key performance indicators, team scorecard, goals, and success metrics and how to report and measure globally
Develop clear and concise communications, including presentations for high visibility projects, programs, and initiatives across the function and Visa
Facilitate regular team communications and updates as well as planning, coordinating, and keeping contents of meetings, such as quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
Work with the People Team to build training opportunities for the function
Establish and foster relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of staff and senior management
Manage the submission of high quality and informative updates to management and staff
Coordinate all staff level activities including all staff meetings, town halls, lunch and learns, newsletters, training, team building, social impact, employee recognition, and other employee engagement related activities
SharePoint or internal intranet site administration
Represent Corporate Services as needed in meetings, planning sessions, annual operating plan
Participate in calls as needed including documenting and tracking discussion

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD

Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD
Bachelors Degree in Business, or other quantitative discipline

Minimum 5 years of related professional experience or equivalent combined with education as a seasoned business analyst

Candidate should exhibit exceptional analytical abilities and advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel specific to working with large complex data sets, creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas and pivot tables and working knowledge of Tableau

Must possess strong organizational and process management skills, ability to manage with influence in a highly matrixed environment

Experience with project or program management, financial and budget management and organizational skills

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Leadership qualities and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles

Highly effective interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic team

Requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with some oversight and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Proactive communicator with excellent time management skills

High energy level, performance oriented, positive attitude and learning mindset
